Beta Testing and the Nomination Process
Following the Beta Tester web conference on Tuesday evening we wanted to remind you about the “nomination” process for this weekend.
You will be aware that our testing from last weekend highlighted some issues that we needed to resolve. Those matters are now in hand. However, we need to make sure that we can now move forward with a stable testing platform. To help us manage this we will disabling the “new beta tester” function when the .com site opens this Friday (14th December) at 8pm GMT. We intend to monitor the system and decide on Saturday if the nomination process can be enabled. Watch out for an announcement on the uVme blog.
We have talked this through with some of our beta-testing pioneers, and they have embraced this move as an opportunity to make sure that everyone understands the reasons for nominations and the process, so that each place is used most effectively.
If you are an existing beta tester, your login and password will be the same as last weekend. Independent Associates have also organised a web event to support the beta testing. See www.uVmeevents.com for details.
Please pass on this information to all those members who have been previously nominated as beta testers.
If you haven’t been invited to test the games yet, don’t worry. We intend to make sure that every member has access to the .com site before the launch.
Once again, we would like to thank you, our Members, for the valuable feedback we are receiving, which is essential to the success of the pre-launch schedule.
