This promotion allows any active Associate who qualifies as a “Q3” or above, to be paid as if they had qualified for the next Q position up.

For instance, if you qualify as a Q3, you will be paid as a Q4; qualify as a Q4 and you will be paid as a Q5; qualify as a Q7 and you will be paid as a Q8!
