uVme Advertising Banners

Wednesday, October 29th, 2008

As mentioned on the latest Pioneers’ Web Conference, we have been planning to introduce advertising on the uVme games site for some time. Many of you may have already noticed banners advertising companies like Virgin and 3, and some charities. This is currently in a testing phase, and we will be introducing a new bonus for Associates, rewarding members with a share of income generated from these banners. More details will be announced next year.

Your players can promote the games for you!

It’s here! The ‘Tell a Friend’ feature is now available on the games platform! This means that your Players can invite their Friends to join YOUR games platform, simply by entering their Friends’ names and email addresses. Our system will then send the Friend an email, telling them who has invited them, and showing them how and where to confirm the invitation. When the Friend logs in for the first time after joining, there will be a challenge waiting for them from the Player who sent the invitation - and the best part? They’ll both be in your team!

Why not send a genealogy email to your team of Players, teaching them how to ‘Tell a Friend”. Make sure that you tell ALL your Players about this feature - it will really help to make your business viral, and make spreading the word of uVme so easy.

Russian Site Now Live

Wednesday, October 15th, 2008

http://www.vwdclub.co.uk/emailimg/uvme/russian/russian_image.jpg

As you’ve seen from the countless “Where Can u VISA?” pictures, the Russian teams have grown at an impressive rate, despite not having the most important tool available to them – a business site in their own language. With the help of Independent Associate Valentin Savchenko, we are pleased to announce that the Russian translation is now LIVE on the uVme.biz site. Can you imagine the growth of the Russian teams thanks to this great new tool? The Russian market is now so much more accessible!

To convert your guest link to Russian, simply go to www.uvme.biz/YourGuestLogin, and click on the Russian flag. You can then send the link in your address bar to Russian speakers, and the site will be in their language!

To see the translations, go to the Russian site and log in, and you’ll be able to see all of the features that are now available, including the genealogy email function, the reports section, prospect emails, bank statements, and more!

This opportunity really is growing and expanding all over the world, and we’re delighted to be able to reward our Russian members with a site translated into their language, ready and waiting for them to promote!

Vouchers LIVE on uVme.com

Friday, September 26th, 2008

That’s right! Our programmers have been working hard to bring you this feature! It has been available on the business-building site for Licence Fee payments – and it’s now available on the games platform too. This could have a major impact on how you promote your business and games platform to prospects globally, as Associates can now use their commissions to buy vouchers for their players, who may not be able to make online purchases themselves. The vouchers could even be used as a marketing tool, to encourage your prospects to join, or to reward players for an achievement. There’s so much you could do.

Once you have purchased the voucher from your .biz site, you can pass on the voucher code to a player, who can then go to “Deposit Funds” and then “Voucher” in their games site, and enter the 15 digit code. Then, all that they need to do is refresh their web-browser – and the funds will be there for use on the games site!

Thursday, September 25th, 2008

Due to essential hardware and software maintenance the following websites will be temporarily offline, from 2:00am to 9:00am BST on Friday 26th September 2008:   uVme.biz    uVme.com   uVmeBlog

Normal operations for these services will be resumed by 9:00am Friday 26th September. Due to the nature of the maintenance it may not be possible to put up a holding page while the work is carried out.

In order to minimize any disruption this may cause, please pass this information on to your Players and Team Members.

uVme System Update

Tuesday, August 12th, 2008

We will be taking the uVme system off-line for a very short time on Wednesday 13th August 2008 for essential maintenance. This will take place sometime between 05:00 and 08:00 BST and will last for no longer than 20 minutes.

New Reporting Feature Shows Free Games

Friday, August 8th, 2008

You can now view how many free uVme games each of your Players has played in your business-building website’s back office.

Just log in, press “Genealogy” and then “Reports”, and you will see a new column labelled “No. of Free Games”. You can also view this total from previous business cycles by changing the search date.

If you see your Players are playing “Free” games but not generating any PPV, why not send them a paid one-on-one challenge to help towards your Active Status?

View Your Associates’ Total Group PPV

Friday, August 1st, 2008

Previously, in the business-building website’s back office, under “Genealogy”, “Directly Sponsored”, each of your directly sponsored Associates’ individual PPV was displayed next to their name.

However, several Associates let us know that they would prefer to see instead each of their directly sponsored Associates’ TOTAL GROUP PPV. We took this on board and it has now been implemented, so if you log into your uVme.biz website and look under “Genealogy”, “Directly Sponsored”, you will see each person’s Total (Group) PPV as opposed to each person’s individual PPV in the right-hand column on the line with their name.

This will give you a better idea of how much commission you will potentially be earning and which “legs” of your business are the strongest.

Challenge Your Directly Sponsored Associates

Thursday, July 31st, 2008

A new feature has been added to the uVme.biz website “back office”. You can now easily find your directly sponsored Associates’ usernames, so that you know how to search for them on uVme.com and challenge them to games!

Just log in to uVme.biz, then press “Genealogy” followed by “Directly Sponsored”. You will see your list of directly sponsored Associates, now including their uVme.com usernames!

Once you have found the person you wish to challenge, go over to uVme.com, log in, press the game you want to play, then type that person’s username into the “Find Opponent” search box at the bottom of the page. If you tick the “Exact match” box, it will only find you that exact username and not similar names. You then pick the amount to wager against them from the drop-down list next to their username, click “Challenge”, and VOILÀ!

Regular Ongoing Site Maintenance Schedule

Progressive Tournaments and NEW “Classic” Games

Thursday, July 3rd, 2008

Our technicians and programmers have been hard at work to bring you progressive tournaments. You can probably imagine that with the potential to have many thousands of players in one tournament over a short period of time, we need to be very sure that the systems operating them are running with maximum efficiency.

With that in mind we have decided to continue testing for the rest of this week and launch the first progressive tournament next week. By popular demand the first progressive tournament will feature the very popular game… Fruit Frenzy.  The entry fee will be £1 and 33% of the top scoring players will win a prize!

We are also launching two new “classic” games, which you will find on your games site a little later on today. Recently featured in our Pioneers web-conference, the games are Tetra Blocks and Sam Serpent…  If you were around when computer games were first introduced, (some years ago)… you will remember these games… you’ll notice also, that we have kept the classic look…
