Compression Placement Process - Extended to Cycle Four

Wednesday, March 26th, 2008

The compression process is complete and all that now remains is the placement of those members who have compressed as front level members to you.

You have probably already read or heard that those front level compressed members will now be treated as Personally Sponsored, adding a new dimension to this process. As this whole process has taken a little longer than was first envisaged, and we now only have four days before the end of the cycle, we have decide to allow these compressed members to be placed in cycle three and cycle four. This should give you more time to contact and speak with your team members and identify the best possible placement positions, thus helping as many of your team as possible to get the very best Q position.

If you have any questions about this process please contact uVme Member Support.

Huge Reward for uVme Associates

Wednesday, March 26th, 2008

You will now earn Matching Generation Bonus and Matching Active Bonus for the life of any members who compressed up into your front level during the “compression” process, Tom Brodie announced in the “uVme Pioneers” web conference last night (Tuesday, 25th March).

To reward uVme Associates for their hard work and dedication, Tom explained that all front-level members who compressed up to their group will now be assigned to them as “personally sponsored” members. THIS IS HUGE.

What does this mean?

It means that whatever these members earn in Generation Bonus and Active Bonus, you will earn too. Not just this cycle… but every single cycle for as long as they are involved with uVme, in the months and years to come. And you can influence the size of these bonuses as well, simply by working with these members and helping them achieve the highest Q status possible.

Once the compressed member has been assigned to you, you will have access to their details, allowing you to contact them, build a relationship with them and coach them in the best ways to find new players and build their uVme business.

Because these members now belong to your “personally sponsored” team, you can also strategically place them to help others in your team get higher Q positions (as well as helping yourself)… Combine this with the fact that we also have a “promotion” to pay members at the next Q status… and WOW!!! If you have any questions about this, please contact uVme Member Support.

Compression Update - Placements

Sunday, March 23rd, 2008

All Associates who have “front level compressed” members have now been sent an email with the detail of the “placement process”. If you have had one of these emails please respond as quickly as possible.

Do remember that because these compressed members are not personally sponsored, placements need to be done via emailing to admin, detailing your compressed members new placements.

Strategically placing these members could give you and your team members higher Q positions for the next cycle and access to further generations in the marketing plan. For those reaching Q3 and above, for the next cycle only, we will be paying them at the next Q position!

If you have any questions about the compression or the placement process, contact uVme Member Support.

Compression Update

Thursday, March 20th, 2008

The compression process is almost complete. All that now remains is the placement of “compressed front level members”. To ensure the success of the placement process, Member Support will be taking care of all the placements.

Over the next few days Member Support will email those Associates with “front level compressed members”, with a view to explaining the procedure for placement and the time-lines involved.

Join Doug Galli on uVme “Webinars”

Thursday, March 20th, 2008

I would like to say that I have been blessed to be a part of uVme in many ways. This is truly a great moment in time for all of us.

But most of all I would like to thank Tom Brodie, Len Fitzgerald, Mark Davies and Eric Avery for the opportunity to be a presenter in the uVme-sponsored Webinars. It has been and is such a great honor that I do not take it lightly.

The uVme Webinars are an amazing resource for anyone that is involved or looking at the uVme opportunity. It has become a great venue for people to meet and greet, ask questions and get current updates.

Attending these Webinars gives everyone a sense of unity within the global uVme opportunity that, in my opinion, is unmatched in the world. There are so many great people from all over the world that sees uVme as a ground-breaking business in an emerging market. They are truly amazed as to how simple this business is, because it is all about being an active Q1 and showing others how to do the same. So I encourage everyone to attend these meetings. Details are at www.uvmeevents.com — and bring a guest!

In addition, uVme has provided us with some very simple marketing tools that do work. The players gathering in my business and my Associate business is growing every day. We are using FREE resources like sending email invitations; working the social networking websites and inviting people to our game site; talking to friends and people we meet in our neighborhood; and passing out uVme pocket pitches and business cards. Our goal is to have players that have fun and tell their friends, and so on, putting in motion the “players-referring-players” effect.

uVme is a global community that offers three membership levels, all we do as Associates is share what uVme could mean to them via instant messenger, phone calls, emails and Webinars. No matter what marketing efforts you are doing, this is just the first step, and follow-up is the key. As a leader there is no way that we can help thousands of personally sponsored Associates, but we can help a few, who in turn help others. Empowering people with knowledge and helping them to become truly independent as Associates will give you a business with a strong foundation that equals long-term success — a business that will continue to pay you if you work or not — now that is FREEDOM.

uVme at the Ultimate Lifestyle Show

Wednesday, March 19th, 2008

Four Independent uVme Associates who call themselves “THE TEAM” - Terry and Jackie Brady and Ivor and Yvonne Richards - teamed up to host a uVme exhibition at last weekend’s “Ultimate Lifestyle Show” at the stylish Venue Cymru in Llandudno, North Wales.

They took along foam hands, uVme pop-up banners, laptops to demonstrate the games… and had people walking around the show telling people about uVme and guiding them over to their stand to try out the games.

There are many such events open to exhibitors everywhere: lifestyle shows, career fairs, job fairs, computer fairs, educational shows… the list is only as limited as one’s imagination! And by making a joint effort like THE TEAM, a group can share the costs, the work, and also the fun!

It could really pay off, too… Eric Avery, VWD’s Head of Development and Support, says: “Having been involved in the running of such  exhibitions, I can tell you that the average stand at such shows will receive between a few hundred to a couple thousand visitors over a couple of days… just imagine what that kind of exposure could do for your uVme business!”

“paysafecard” Added to uVme.biz

Tuesday, March 18th, 2008

Yet another paying-in option is available to potential uVme Associates in Europe… paysafecard lets you pay for things on the Internet even if you can’t or don’t wish to use a bank account or a credit card. You just pre-pay on the card at newsagents, petrol stations, etc., and receive a 16-digit number to use online for making a payment (like many mobile phone top-up cards).

This method has been added to the uVme business-building website as an additional method (for deposits only), and opens up the uVme business to practically anyone in the European countries where it is available… see http://www.paysafecard.com/ for more information and to search for a retailer near you.
