We have made an amendment to the way the Instant Messenger roster populates. Only members who have logged in to their uVme back office during the last 21 days will show up in your IM roster. However, they will remain in your genealogy. Should a member who isn’t showing up in your roster log in to their back office, they will automatically be added to the roster once again.

This will improve the efficiency of the Instant Messenger and it will show you who in your group is logging in on a regular basis. The roster still limits the number of members you can see to a maximum of 1,000, or down through 7 levels. Should you have more than 1,000 members on higher levels in your group, the roster will only populate up to this maximum number of 1,000.
